Along the way we’ll also stop for lunch snack, which is a great time to get insider tips from your native English-speaking guide on how to make the most of your stay in Munich.
With a limited number of participants, you’ll get a private experience which also makes our exclusive tours a great value. Don’t miss what’s sure to be a highlight of your entire vacation.
Not only is our Day Segway Tour loads of fun and an unforgettable way to see the city, it’s also packed with sights and content Our knowledgeable guides will discuss with you, among other topics:
Humble Beginnings: At the hands of the royal Wittelsbach dynasty, Munich grew from salt trading post to regional power. Along the tour we will see numerous examples of the architecture and legacies left behind by the longest dynasty to ever rule.
Munich as birthplace of Nazi movement: From the creation of the Nazi party through Hitler’s failed Bier Hall Putsch to the establishment of the party headquarters once the Nazis gained power, we will explain Munich’s role during Germany’s darkest hour.
Biergardens, Bratwurst and Lederhosen: While Munich doesn’t disappoint with its traditional flare, we will show you a full picture of the high-tech, high-fashion Bavarian capital.
Some of the tour sights include:
• Karlsplatz: Home of the Karls Gate and once Europe’s busiest traffic areas.
