Disney in Concert - The Anniversary Tour

When the lights dim in the hall and the first notes ring out, that special atmosphere takes hold—the very atmosphere that has defined “Disney in Concert” for a decade. What began in 2016 as a new concert experience quickly became a fan favorite and continues to delight fans of all ages to this day. In 2026, the show will celebrate its major anniversary and, featuring top-tier soloists and the Hollywood Sound Orchestra, will deliver unforgettable evenings in Germany and Austria.

Among the special highlights of the anniversary tour is the internationally acclaimed singer, actress, and composer Ute Lemper. With her distinctive voice, charismatic presence, and more than four decades of experience, she brings an artistic quality that gives the show a unique touch. Many still remember her from their childhood: Ute Lemper provided the German singing voice for Ariel in the animated film “The Little Mermaid” (1989) and Esmeralda in the classic “The Hunchback of Notre Dame” (1996).

The rest of the cast is impressive as well! Joining them is Philipp Büttner, who was part of “Disney in Concert” back in 2022 and has also played the title roles in the Disney productions “Aladdin,” “Hercules,” and most recently “Tarzan.” Also returning to the “Disney in Concert” stage are Judith Caspari and Mark Seibert, who have already thrilled audiences in previous shows. Two newcomers round out the anniversary tour: Disney newcomer Riccardo Greco and Chiara Fuhrmann, who previously alternated as Anna in “Frozen” on stage in Hamburg and is now taking on the role of Elsa for the first time in Stuttgart, are joining the production for the first time. Daniel Boschmann will host the evening. The popular SAT.1 breakfast television host has been part of “Disney in Concert” on multiple occasions and will engage the audience with his usual charming manner.

When film scenes intertwine with the music on the big screen and the sound of the renowned Hollywood Sound Orchestra blends with the outstanding voices of the soloists, the result is an evening full of goosebump-inducing moments. Whether you’re immersing yourself in the rousing melodies of “The Lion King,” singing along to the beloved songs from “The Jungle Book,” or empathizing with the touching scenes from “The Little Mermaid”—“Disney in Concert” guarantees unforgettable moments full of emotion!
