The cinema in St. Pölten was opened on 29 November 2002 after extensive renovation work on the premises of the former C2 cinema on St. Pölten's Town Hall Square.

It offers a classic 118-seat cinema, a so-called "Beisl-Kino" with 60 seats, which can also be eaten and drunk during a show, and since 7 December 2011, a third room under the name "Club 3". This is multifunctional: The cinema seating (76 seats) can be sunk within a short time under the stage. Thus, the hall can also be used for (standing) concerts or as a "club location".

The attached cinema bar is operated as a café during the day.
